In Spring 2000, Lee Tysowski’s dream came true. After years of working with young children and with a newly completed ECE certificate, she became the owner of a preschool centre.

The CCHRSC worked collaboratively with a number of early childhood education and care (ECEC) employers who provided their expertise as well as samples of their HR resources, tools and templates. These have been added to the extensive toolkit content for broad use by the ECEC sector.
